The security certificate error shows up the warning upon logging into NetSuite. No other websites is affected. Signing in to the account shows the message. Windows Explorer is advising NOT TO use your website until the certificates are validated.
A sample message from Internet Explorer is "The security certificate has expired or is not yet valid."
This problem is typically machine specific. Click on "View Certificate" then look at the certificate details. Make sure that it is not really expired.
To isolate the issue try the following
1. View the pages in different browsers like Chrome or Firefox.
2. Try to view the page using a different computer.
This will tell if the issue is with the browser or the machine.
3 Verify that the computer has the right time/date as SSL certificates are sensitive with regards to time/date.
