When submitting data via Online Customer Form error shows "Invalid leadsource reference key -6"

Lead Source -6 pertains to the default Web Lead Source. (https://system.netsuite.com/app/crm/marketing/campaign.nl?id=-6)

 

The Online Customer Form is using the Web Lead Source (ID -6) as the default Lead Source. The error is encountered since the Lead Source is set as Inactive.

 

There are two ways of resolving this:

 

1. Set a new lead source for the Online Customer Form under the Setup Workflow tab of the Online Customer Form 

 

OR

 

2. Navigate to Lists > Marketing > Marketing Campaigns. Mark Show Inactive = T and verify if -6 or Web (Lead Source) is set as Inactive. Uncheck the Inactive box and hit Submit.
