USPS Fulfillment Error: Account Number has been suspended due to multiple login attempts with an incorrect pass phrase.

Answer/Solution:

1. User needs to contact Endicia first to get the correct passphrase at 1-800-576-3279 x 130 (Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri, 7am - 5pm, PST)

Alternatively, user can retrieve passphrase online at

http://www.endicia.com/support/forgot-passphrase

2. Update NetSuite with the correct passphrase by doing the following:
    a. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Shipping
    b. Click on the USPS account number 
    c. Click Change Endicia Pass Phrase
    d. Enter Old and New password
    e. Click Submit
3. Go back to the Sales Order and Fulfill the same without any error.
