Unable to select a User in the View Audit Trail Report

When running a Transaction Audit Trail and under the Users field, the user you want to include in the Audit Trail is not available. This is because only users with Give Access = T are available on the list.

As Administrator, please follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees.
2. Edit the Employee record of the user.
3. Click on the Access tab.
4. Check Give Access.
5. Click on Save.

Now go to Transactions > Management > View Audit Trail > and that employee should now be available in the Users field.
