The Total Number of Orders to Fulfill in the Reminders Portlet is Not the Same for Each User

Navigate to Transactions > Sales > Fulfill Orders.  Check if both users have set the same option under the Filter by field:

a. Some Item Committed

b. Respect Ship Complete

c. All Items Fully Committed

d. Ignore Item Availability

The number of Orders to Fulfill that appears in the Reminders portlet is based from the option set in the Filter by field.  This field behaves like a sticky feature.  The last option set is inherited as the default option the next time the user opens the Fulfill Orders page unless the user sets it to a different option.


Note: If the user has a different role other than an Administrator, it may also be helpful to turn on the Use Classic Interface field under Home tab > Set Preferences > Appearance tab > Use Classic Interface field for the user to follow the same navigational path as indicated in the solution.
