Solutions are not being Displayed in the Reply To Customer Field in a Custom Case Form

Solutions are working in Standard Case Form but when used in a Custom Case Form, the content of the Solutions are not populating.

Fix this by doing the following:

1. Navigate to Customization > FormsEntry Forms.
2. Edit the Custom Case Form where the issue is experienced.
3. Under Subtabs, mark the Show box for Related Records.
4. In the Lists tab > Related Records subtab, mark the Show box for Solutions.
5. Click Save.
