Show the Main Support Email Address as the Sender's Email Address in Case Notification in Email Case Capture

In the Email Case Capture feature, email forwarding is an option to use when setting up in Microsoft Exchange Server (Support Management : Setting Up Case Management : Using Email Case Capture) in order for the Main Support Email Address to show as the sender's email address in case notification.

 

1. Set up Email Case Capture (case forwarding to Main Support Email Address = e.g. support@supportcrm.info)

2. Send test email to Main Support Email Address from a user email address (e.g. test@noemail.com)

 

Users will get the New Case Creation Notification Email, showing the following and will have the actual behavior:

 

From: support@supportcrm.info

To: test@noemail.com
