Currently, using the CNAME (ALIAS) (i.e. ****.hosting.beta.netsuite.com) is not feasible to be used in Release Preview web stores. This is a known concern and being resolved under Issue 405311.
As a workaround, the DNS provider can be contacted to provide a domain for Release Preview testing which needs to be pointed to either of the two methods below:
- Via CNAME: shopping.beta.netsuite.com
- Via A RECORD: 167.216.129.130
