To create the search, users can perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Click Transaction.
3. Enter a Search Title.
4. In the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, add the following filters:
•Type = any of Cash Sale, Invoice
• Quantity = not empty
• Main Line = false
• COGS Line = false
• Shipping Line = false
• Formula (Numeric) where Formula = mod({quantity},1)
Formula (Numeric) = not equal to
Value = 0
5. In the Results tab > Columns subtab, add/remove fields depending on the information you would like to see in the result. Below are some suggested fields:
- Date
- Type
- Number
- Name
- Account
- Quantity
- Amount
6. Click Preview or Save the search.
