1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Transaction.
2. Criteria > Standard > Type is any of Cash Sale.
3. Criteria > Date within custom (Enter From and To dates).
4. Criteria > Customer: Stage is Lead.
5. Under Results > Columns > Sort by Amount Descending.
6. Add the following Results fields:
- Sales Rep (Summary Type = Group)
- Name (Summary Type = Count, Custom Label = Leads)
- Amount (Summary Type = Sum)
- Amount (Summary Type = Sum, Function = % of Total)
7. Click Save & Run
Results show the number of Leads, Sales Amount and Sales % of Total per Sales Rep and is ranked by Amount.
