Request for a Payroll Client Statement Package or Tax Reconciliation Packet

 

The Client Statement Package contains the tax returns filed and the payments made on behalf of the Premier Payroll users. The Premier Payroll service sends the Tax Packets to the Payroll Contact via a secured email through Hightail.  The link is sent 6 to 7 weeks after the close of the quarter and expires in 14 days.

 

Note: Download the files before the link expires and retain them for future reference and per agency retention requirements. Due to high sensitivity of data, request for copies are sent to the valid payroll contact in record and not to the requestor.

 

A fee of $25.00 per quarter is charged for resending the package.

 

 

To Request for copies of the Client Statement Package via SuiteAnswers, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Click the Support tab.

2. Look for the SuiteAnswers portlet and click the Visit the SuiteAnswers Site button. A new window will pop up.

3. Click on the Contact Support Online button to submit a case.

4. Type in your query in the Question field.

5. Click the Continue button.

6. Click the Continue to Create Case button.

7. Set the following fields correctly.

  • a. What would you like to do? : Request a client statement package
  • b. Subject: Enter the subject
  • c. Question: Enter the year and the quarter of the client statement needed.

8. Click the Submit button
