Print Customer Message from Sales Order on Picking Ticket

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Form PDF Layouts > Edit/Customize Picking Ticket Layout.

2. Click Add Custom Element

3. On the Choose Element field, select Message

Note: On the Element text field, it should default as {message}

4. Click Ok

5. Place the custom element on desired location on the layout (e.g. below the Column element).

6. Click Save

Note: Make sure to assign the newly customized Picking Ticket PDF layout on the Picking Ticket form.
