Prepare a CSV file with External ID of First and Last Name of the Contact

In Excel given the table below, follow use the formula =B2&" " &C2 for the External ID:

 

	A	B	C
	External ID	First Name	Last Name
1	Jane Doe	Jane	Doe
2	=B2&" " &C2	Ricky	Lee

 

Formula will concatenate cell B2 and C2 with a space between.
