Pass Item Description when using a Custom Template for the Scriptable Checkout

 

When using custom Sales Order Templates for the Scriptable Checkout, the Description Field in the custom template should also be enabled.

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.

2. Edit the custom online template applied to the Scripting Template fields (Invoice and Cash Sale).

3. On the Screen Fields tab, click on the Columns subtab.

4. Make sure that the Description field is checked.

5. Click Save.
