Null is showing up on the Sales Order when we add the "Subtotal" item

Null is showing up on the Sales Order when we add the Subtotal Item


Answer:


1. Go to List > Accounting > Items
2. View any Inventory Item record
3. On the URL address bar of your browser, change the number on the end of the address to -2


Example:

https://system.netsuite.com/app/common/item/item.nl?id=105

Change this link to

https://system.netsuite.com/app/common/item/item.nl?id=-2


Note: This item is not visible when we go to List > Accounting > Items

4. This will allow you to edit the item record and update the Name to show Subtotal

5. Try to check for duplicates and any additional characters on the name field.
