Messages Tab Is not Displayed on All Contacts

SCENARIO

User has Fulllevel of access to Track Messages permission but when viewing somecontact records, the Messages subtab is not available under Communicationtab.

RATIONALE

If the setting Show Employees as Contacts is enabled in the account (Setup> Company > General Preferences), a contact isautomatically created when a new employee record is created. The contactscreated from these employee records do not have the Messages tab. The tab only appears in the employee record and not in the associated contactrecord.
