Lead Source Analysis report for Lead Statuses with Include in Lead Reports = F

Sample Customer Statuses (Lead):
Unqualified (Include in Lead Reports = T)
Test Lead (Include in Lead Reports = F)

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Customer.
2. Click on the Criteria tab.
3. Click on the Standard sub tab.
4. Select Formula (Date) under the Filter column.
5. Enter the formula below on the Formula field:
to_date (CASE WHEN ({systemnotes.type} = 'Set') AND (({systemnotes.newvalue} = 'Test Lead') OR ({systemnotes.newvalue} = 'Unqualified')) THEN {systemnotes.date} END)
6. Set the Formula (Date) value. (Example: within this month).
7. Click Set.
8. Click on the Results tab.
9. Click the Remove All button on the Columns sub tab.
10. Click the Field column to add Lead Source > Summary column select Group.
11. Click the next line to add Name > Summary column select Count > Enter Company on Custom Label column and enter Total on Summary Label.
12. Click the next line to add Status.
13. Click the next line to add Sales Rep.
14. Click the next line to add Formula (Date) > Formula column should be {systemnotes.date} > Enter Lead Date on Custom Label.
15. Preview.

Result: The saved search result shows columns similar to the Lead Source Analysis report (both detail & summary) but it includes the Lead Status with Include in Lead Report = F.
