1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences.
2. Click the Items/Transactions tab.
3. Under Sales & Pricing section, set the Consolidate Projects on Sales Transactions checkbox accordingly:
- Marked = projects are excluded from the Customer list
- Unmarked = projects are included to the Customer list
4. Click Save.
To test, navigate to Transactions > Customers > Record Customer Deposits and click the Customer drop-down list.
