Impact of Changing a Customer Type from Company to Individual

1. In Individual type customer > General > Contacts sub tab can only be seen on Edit mode
2. No effect on transactions; all existing transactions from being Company to Individual were retained in the Customer record
3. Contact records from old status will still be active and available when you Global Search or create a saved search for that customer
4. Company type has Web Address field while Individual type has none
5. Company type has no Mr./Ms. field.
6. Company type has no Name field.
7. Company type has no Alt. Email field.
8. Company type has no Mobile Phone field.

* Kindly note that changing a customer from Company to Individual will be reflected in CustomerSystem Information > System Notes.
