1. Navigate to Transactions > Customers > Record Customers Deposits > List
2. View a fully applied deposit
--Go to Applied To tab
--Click on the Invoice date where the deposit was applied to
3. Deposit application page will be displayed
--Click Edit button
--Click Void button
4. View the Voided Deposit Application
--Click Edit button
--Click the Save button without changes.
Error: You must apply the deposit to at least one item.
Per Issue 191997, by design because when the Deposit Application is voided, the "Application Of" (which is the reference to the Customer Deposit) is removed. There are some calculation that is based off this field. In essence, this field is required for saving a Customer Application.
