Determine which County a Tax Code Belongs to

Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Tax Codes
Look for NC_DQLC and note that County is blank

Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Tax Groups > Look for NC tax group with _DQLC in the name field
NC_MECKLENBURG CO_DQLC NC_DQLC represents transit tax for Mecklenburg County.
