CSV Import of Items > CSV Response: "Must always have 0 as the minimum quantity, you have 1".

1. Navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records

3. Select Items on the Import Type

4. Select the Record Type

5. Select the CSV File

6. Click Next

7. Select Data Handling

8. Click Next

*You will be directed to the Field Mapping page

9. On NetSuite Fields > Click the Item Pricing Folder > Click the Item Pricing 1 subfolder > Select Quantity (Req)

10. On the Mapping > Click the pencil icon beside Pricing 1 : Quantity (Req)

11. For the default value, enter 0 instead of 1.

12. Click Done.

13. Finish the mapping

14. Click Next

15. Type the Import Map Name

16. Click Run or Save & Run
