Create a saved Case search to show all case activities of support reps (Audit Trail for Cases)

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Select Case
3. On the Criteria tab set Mark Use Expressions = True and add the following:

( Date Last Modified is within today OR
Date Created is within today ) AND
( System Notes: Type is Create OR
System Notes: Type is Change ) AND
System Notes: Date is within today

4. On the Results tab, add the following:

System Notes: Set by
Number
Assigned To
System Notes: Date
System Notes: Type
System Notes: Field
System Notes: Old Value
System Notes: New Value

** Remove unnecessary columns
* Add the columns you wanted to see

5. Enter a Search Title
6. Click Save and Run
