1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Entity fields > New.
2. Enter New Contact on Label field.
3. Set the Type to Hyperlink.
4. Unmark Store Value.
5. In the Applies to tab > Mark the Customer checkbox.
6. In the Validation & Defaulting tab > set Default Value to https://system.netsuite.com/app/common/entity/contact.nl?parent={id}
7. Unmark Formula.
8. Click Save.
