Create a list of Sales Orders with Pending Paypal Authorization

Create a custom transaction saved search.

1) Navigate to List > Search > Saved Searches > New > Transactions

2) Criteria tab > Standard sub tab > Add these filters:
-Status = Sales Order is not Cancelled or Closed
-Main Line = T
-Type = Sales Order
-Pending Paypal Authorization = T

3) Results tab > Add or remove fields you want to see.

4) Rename the Search Title > Click Save.

To have the this search available as List, Sublist, Reminder, and on Dashboards, check the checkbox for Available as List View, Available as Dashboard View, Available as Sublist View and Available for Reminders
