Check if the Form uploaded is an Online Customer Form or Online Case Form

When a form is uploaded/published online, you can determine what type of Form (Online Customer Form or Online Case Form) it is by looking at the Page Source.

1. Open the web store or web site where the form is published
2. Right-click on the page then select View Page Source
3. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and look for the following:

Image 1 shows /app/site/crm/externalleadpage.nl which means that it is an Online Customer Form
Image 2 shows /app/site/crm/externalcasepage.nl which means that it is an Online Case Form

Another way is to search for the FORMID from the Page Source and this will give you the Internal ID of the Online Case Form or Online Customer Form.
