Advanced Partner Center Role > Counts Against APC License on View Billing Information

When a user creates a custom role and set the Partner Role = T on that role, then it makes that role available to Partners. However, it does not mean that it counts as an Advanced Partner Center user license. It counts as a Full Access user, even though the entity is a Partner.

Note: If the user removes the custom role from some of the partner records, it does free up licenses for new users.

On the other hand, a role is accounted against the Advanced Partner Center licenses when the role is created from the Advanced Partner Center.
