In most transaction records, users are required to enter one or more line items or accounts that comprise the transaction total. Buttons like Add/Done, Copy Previous/Make Copy, Insert, Remove, and Cancel are available to facilitate item or account entry. However, after upgrading to Internet Explorer 9 some users report that they lose these buttons.
User may try the following steps:
1. Clear Cache in Internet Explorer by pressing either 'CTRL+F5' or 'CTRL+R'
2. Use compatibility view:
a. Click Tools menu
b. Select Compatibility View
3. Downgrade the browser mode
a. Open internet explorer
b. Press F12
c. A Screen will pop-up at the bottom of the screen
d. In that area, click on "Browser Mode" and select "Internet Explorer 8 Mode"
