When the administrator requests for a Sandbox refresh, he can indicate which users should have access to Sandbox after the refresh occurs. He can either copy all Administrator accesses only or copy all accesses from production.
If Administrators Only is selected, administrators notices that he can no longer switch to any of his other roles after the refresh.
Instead of manually adding the roles back to the administrators' Employee record, the following steps can be used, especially for users with multiple roles:
1. Edit the Employee record.
2. Click the Access tab. Notice that all the user's roles are still intact.
3. Take note of the last role from the list, then remove it.
4. Click Save.
5. Edit the Employee record again and add back the role removed from Step 3.
6. Click Save.
7. Follow the same steps for other employees.
