Users cannot Edit the Memo Field for Transactions Displayed under the Sales Orders List Page using Direct List Editing (DLE)

 

The Memo field on the transaction form used is set to Inline Text. Follow the steps to change the setting.

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.

2. Click Edit next the preferred sales order form.

3. Click Screen Fields.

4. Locate Main subtab.

5. Change the Display Type set for Memo to Normal if it is set as Inline Text.

6. Click Save button.
