User Does Not See GL Impact Option Under More Actions on SalesTransactions

To resolve this, perform the following steps:

1. As Administrator navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
2. Edit the role in question.
3. In the Permissions tab > Transactions subtab, add the following permissions:

• Make Journal Entry - at least View level
• Find Transaction - at least View level

4. Click the Lists subtab.
5. Add the Perform Search permission with at least View level.
6. Click Save.
