The sample CSV file on Import CSV screen on Bulk Item Fulfillment shows the following fields:
- Order Number
- Transaction Type
- Weight
- Tracking Number
- Label Integration
Nowhere in the file that it offers users to indicate a Bin Number. When users fulfill sales orders using the import utility tool via Transactions > Sales > Fulfill Sales Orders and fail to include a Bin Number, as it is restricted, NetSuite will display "Failed: You must enter at least one line item for this transaction". The reason being, the user makes use of bins and the item set on the transactions to be fulfilled bears no preferred bin number for the location therefore, NetSuite does not know where to particularly get the items.
To fix, make sure that the items associated to the transaction where bin numbers are used have the location's preferred bin set.
