Unable to View Item List Due to Unexpected Error.

Users may sometimes generate an unexpected error when viewing item list. Since the List View has a sticky feature, the previous saved search used as View mode when pulling up the item list may contain a bad filter or formula error, hence the unexpected error when trying to pull up the item list again. 

As initial troubleshooting, users should switch back to the Basic Item List View by:

  1. While logged in, copy the URL https://system.na1.netsuite.com/app/common/item/itemlist.nl?searchtype=Item&Item_TYPE=@ALL@&sortcol=Item_NAME_raw&sortdir=ASC&csv=HTML&OfficeXML=F&pdf=&showall=T&style=NORMAL&report=&grid=&searchid=-400&quicksort=&dle=T and paste the same in the actively logged in browser. 
  2. Hit Enter.
  3. If the Unexpected Error is still generated, contact NetSuite Customer Support.
