Unable to View Budget vs Actual Report Due to an Accounting Period Error

Navigate to Home > Set Preferences > Analytics > Reporting section > Report by Period = All Reports/ Financials Only
- - Unable to pull up a Financial Report (i.e. Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Budget vs. Actual)
- - "The default accounting period for this report has not been defined. 

Please visit Setup > Accounting > Manage Accounting Periods to define this period or set up year".
