Changing the format of price to currency is not necessary because NetSuite only accepts numbers. When a CSV file has a cell that uses a currency format, Excel adds a currency symbol on the cell. Thus, when CSV file is used for import, it generates an error since NetSuite does not recognize the value of the cell.
To resolve this, remove the formatting used in the CSV file.
