Users want to have the Package Content Description to be included in the shipping label for better reference by the warehouse person and the customers. The users use this field to place information about the item being shipped.
Shipping labels source out the Package Content Description from the following fields:
- For UPS Intl Shipping: Data from Package Content Description is sourced from the Item Fulfillment.
- For UPS Domestic: Data is sourced from Reference 1 and Reference 2 under the Preferences tab of Shipping Setup page.
