Search All Customers Without Activities Scheduled in the Future

To create the customer search, perform the following steps:

     1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.

     2. Select Customer.

     3. Provide a Search Title.

     4. In the Criteria tab > Summary subtab, set the following:    

Summary Type	Field	Description
Maximum	Activity Fields: Date	is not after today

     5. In the Results tab > Columns sub tab, set the following:

Field	Summary Type	Summary Label
Name	Group
Activity Fields: Date	Maximum	Activity Date

      6. Click Save & Run.
