To create the customer search, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Customer.
3. Provide a Search Title.
4. In the Criteria tab > Summary subtab, set the following:
Summary Type | Field | Description |
Maximum | Activity Fields: Date | is not after today |
5. In the Results tab > Columns sub tab, set the following:
Field | Summary Type | Summary Label |
Name | Group |
|
Activity Fields: Date | Maximum | Activity Date |
6. Click Save & Run.
