On NetSuite UK and NetSuite International Version, if Price Include Tax checkbox in an Item record returns unsaved after being marked, perform the following:
1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Setup Taxes.
2. On Tax Calculation Type, select Tax Included.
3. Click Save.
Note: Price Include Tax is available if Advanced Taxes feature is not enabled.
