Resolve Paypal Error Message on USD Currency

Upon clicking Pay by PayPal button from the Review and Submit Order page on the webstore, user is getting an error thrown by PayPal.

The user is using one currency 'USD' (US Dollars) in the Web store.

The user is using 'PayPal' as a payment method but when he is sent to PayPal from NetSuite to complete the purchase for, let's say a $12.99 order, the following error is encountered:

"This recipient does not accept payments denominated in USD. Please contact the seller and ask him to update his payment receiving preferences to accept this currency."

The Currency Code for that particular currency used in the Web store may have not been set up properly. Current setup could be:
              NAME = USD
              SYMBOL = USD for American Dollars

The Currency NAME should be set up to USA and the SYMBOL to USD. PayPal does NOT render USD being valid, instead uses USA as a valid NAME set for the Currency.

1. Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Currencies
2. Click on USD and set NAME = USA and SYMBOL = USD
3. Click Save

Note:  This would also change the currency name under Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Shopping tab; and solve the problem.
