Inventory Warning like 'You have only 0 available across all locations' may still come up on transactions even if the Inventory Warning preference found at Home > Set Preferences > Transactions subtab is turned off.
As an alternate solution to outstep the same inventory warning, perform the following:
- Customize a Sales Order form
- On Screen Fields tab and Columns subtab, unmark Available field
- Use a Standard Sales Order
