Print shipping label that will indicate it requires Indirect Signature from the delivery address using FedEx (with sample label)

 

To be able to print shipping labels showing Indirect Signature Required or ISR the following requirement should be met:

 

1.       Shipping Item - shipping method should only be FedEx Ground or FedEx Express

2.       Address - The Residential Address should be marked in the Address tab of the item fulfillment

3.       Packages Tab:

·          Delivery Confirmation = Signature Required

·          Signature Option = Indirect

 

Note: By default when Signature is required, the shipping label will be marked as Direct Signature Required
