Posting Period of Journal Entries Created From Allocation Schedules

The following determines the posting period for journal entries created from Allocation Schedules:

• The period where the date set on Next Date field belongs to.
• For Custom Allocation, the posting period is the Accounting Period specifically set on the custom allocation and not the period where the date set therein belongs to.
