Permission to View the Refund Button on Return Authorizations


Custom role has at least the following permission:

  • Return Authorization = Create

To make the Refund button available to the custom role, perform the following steps:

     1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
    
     2. Edit the custom role.
    
     3. In the Permissions subtab > Transactions sublist, add Credit Memo permission.
     
     4. Set Level to Create.
    
     5. Click Save.
