Make Online Price Available from Price Level Selection in Webstore Setup

Sometimes an online price level is not showing in the selection at Setup > Web Site > Site Builder > Setup tab > Price Level dropdown field.

To make sure that the Online Price Level appears, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Lists.

2. At the bottom, select Price Level in the Type field.

3. Edit the Online Price record that is not showing.

4. Make sure that the Online Price Level field is true.

5. Click Save.

Refresh the browser then go back to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Setup tab > Price level field. The Online Price Level should be in the dropdown.
