Information is Missing from the Result of the Full CSV Export

The User has performed a full CSV export by navigating to Setup > Import/Export > Full CSV Export.  The user was able to successfully download the backup.zip file. However, some information (e.g. Addresses, Terms, etc) has not been included in the CSV file.

The information included in the full CSV export is defined by the view currently selected when navigating to the record type or list. To resolve this, perform the following steps:

     1. Navigate to the record type/list in question (e.g. for Vendors navigate to Lists > Relationships > Vendors).
     
     2. In the View dropdown list, select a view that displays all required columns.

     Note: Customize the View if needed.

     3. Perform the same steps for any additional record types/lists.

     4. Once completed, navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Full CSV Export to perform a full CSV export.
