Individual Contractor's Form 1099-MISC Shows a Company Name

Reports > Sales Tax US > Form 1099-MISC shows the Vendor ID but when report is previewed or printed, the report shows the Legal Name.

To review setup:

1. Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Vendors
2. Look for the 1099 Contractor and click on Edit beside the name. Notice that Legal Name is the one pulled up by the previewed or printed 1099-MISC report while the Vendor ID is what is reflected in the 1099-MISC summary page.
3. User may opt to use the Legal Name as the Vendor ID of the record

To view the Legal Name, navigate to Lists > Relationships > Vendors > Financial Tab > Legal Name
