Expense Report Does Not Have an Edit Link

Problem/Business Requirement/Unique Question:

Transactions > Employees > Enter Expense Reports > List - Expense Report does not have an edit link.


Symptoms/Details of Business Requirements/Any Additional Information:

• Navigate to Transactions Employees > Enter Expense Reports > List
• Expense Report does not have an edit link

 

Solution/Workaround/Gotcha/Recommendation Details:

• Check if the accounting period is still open by going to Set up > Accounting > Manage Accounting period.
• If the accounting period is closed the edit link will no longer appear on Transactions Employees > Enter Expense Reports > List.
