Error Message "You are missing the following required fields: {field id}" when Saving an Online HTML Form

NetSuite is generating this error because the form is trying to reference a field that is not in the HTML template. To correct this error, add first the tag of the field in the HTML Template used for the form. Once added, go back to the online form to add the field under Select Fields tab.
