User is using a custom Marketing role. In Step 3 of 5 of the Upsell Manager Wizard, user is getting the following error: Permission Violation: You need a higher level of the 'No Permission Necessary' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator

To resolve this, perform the following steps (Administrator role is required):

     1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
     
     2. Edit the role.
     
     3. Go to Permissions > Lists.
      
      4. Add Mass Update.
     
     5. Set Level to Create (or higher).
     
     6. Click Save.
