If users are unable to display Budget Amount in the Budget vs. Actual report and Budget Income Statement or Budget Profit and Loss report shows No Data Available, perform the following:
1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences.
2. Locate Reporting/Search tab.
3. On Report by Period, select either All Reports or Financials Only.
Note: Budget Amount is not displayed if Report by Period preference is set to Never because Budgets are period-related.
